Welcome to the Cross Keys, a historic British gastro pub nestled in the picturesque surroundings of Wiltshire.    With roots reaching back through the centuries, our pub has recently emerged from a 14-month hiatus due to road infrastructure developments. At the heart and soul of the establishment is Bianca and Darren, Darren being a seasoned chef with a passion for crafting delectable dishes. 

At the Cross Keys, tradition meets innovation as they serve up classic British flavours with a contemporary twist. Visit the Cross Keys in Wanborough, in this quaint corner of Wiltshire, where the rich history of the pub merges seamlessly with the warmth of hospitality. Cheers to good company and unforgettable pub experiences!     

Motorhome stopovers are welcome at The Cross-Eyed Wan, Borough. Guests can stay free of charge when purchasing food or drinks from the pub. Please note that we do not currently offer electric hook-up, but motorhome visitors are welcome to use the pub toilets during opening hours.

Our menus are filled with comforting classics and freshly prepared favourites – perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or family.

Fresh Fish Menu

Available every lunchtime, Monday to Saturday, our fish menu changes regularly to showcase the best seasonal catches. It’s a favourite with locals and a great choice if you’re after something light and fresh.

Sunday Carvery

We’re delighted to now offer a traditional Sunday Carvery with sittings at 12pm, 12:30pm, 2pm, 2:30pm, 4pm, and 4:30pm.

  • Children: £12

Enjoy a choice of four succulent meats, a selection of vegetables, and homemade gravy. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available.

Weekly Offers

Start your week with our 2-for-1 deal on main courses every Monday and Tuesday – a great excuse to treat yourself.

Serving Times

  • Wednesday to Saturday: 12–2:30pm & 6–8:30pm

  • Sunday: 12–4pm (Carvery Only)
